Due to the various metabolic activities and pathways that continue all through the time in our body, we are able to enjoy a good health. These varied pathways require carbohydrates, proteins and the various types of vitamins to continue their processes that finally lead to our maintained and healthy body. Any minor problem caused in these pathways can lead to body deficiencies and various health problems such as the skin irritations, lesions, eye problems, etc. Thus it is very essential to have well balanced diet that completes our body requirements for all the vitamins, proteins and carbohydrates.
